What Users Say

Although Nolah isn’t Better Business Bureau (BBB) accredited, it has an A+ rating on the website. The company has had eight complaints in the past three years, three of which have been resolved in the last 12 months.

A customer on its BBB profile wrote that the mattress was too firm and wasn’t the right size they ordered. Nolah replied, explaining that though the mattress was not eligible for returns since it was past its sleep trial period, they were still willing to work with the customer to correct any defects. The second complaint on the website was from a customer who received the wrong order. Nolah apologized and picked up the mattress.

Nolah has a 3.4 out of 5 star rating on Trustpilot based on just two reviews. Both reviews on the website said they weren’t happy with the quality and feel of the mattresses they received.

There are also many positive reviews on the company’s website, with comments describing the best-selling mattress, Nolah Evolution 15”, as comfortable and supportive, helping them sleep pain free.

Who Should Purchase a Nolah Mattress?

Nolah seems to cater to the needs of all sleeper types. The company recommends the Nolah Signature 12″ for people who enjoy a soft mattress, the Nolah Original 10″ mattress for people who prefer a medium feel that offers a “hugging” feel without feeling like you’re sinking in, and the Nolah Evolution 15” hybrid mattress for people who might benefit from a medium soft or firm mattress with a plush feeling..

If you’re a side sleeper or back sleeper, Nolah recommends the Nolah Natural 11” for you, as well as those with asthma or allergies. Finally, the Nolah Nurture 11” is for children of all sizes and ages.

People who sleep hot might also benefit from the cooling comfort of the Airfoam and its upgraded version, AirFoamICE, in the Nolah mattresses.
